Meet Lynne Palazzi

Lynne is a resident of Metro Boston. Lynne Palazzi is a Certified Staffing Professional, Career, Sports Coach and Entrepreneur. Specializing in Marketing & Image Building. Lynne partners with job seekers, athletes, individuals and companies to create strategies to promote and develop YOU! Lynne comes from a multi-faceted, professional staffing and athletic background with 20 years of experience including business development, talent acquisition and recruiting, sports coaching, team building, personal mentoring, motivational training, networking and health & fitness.

Lynne’s experiences have lead her in establishing a start-up staffing company where she developed a network of long-term relationships working with companies such as IBM, Reebok, Stride Rite, BJ’s Wholesale Club, University of Phoenix, Staples, Novartis, Network World, GMAC, Harvard University, MIT and New Era Staffing, which she owned and operated for 10 years.

Interests

Lynne also spent time as a High School Athletics and Personal Mentor Coach. Lynne brings to NetSpray her passion for professionalism, execution and teamwork. A former collegiate athlete Lynne has enjoys playing golf on The Greater Boston Amateur and Executive Women’s Golf Tour. Lynne loves motivating others to succeed, networking, recruiting, career and sports coaching, oil/acrylic painting, landscaping, creating and designing, digital photography, professional networking, amateur golf, running, international travel, athletics, reading, music and spending time with family and friends. Lynne has a degree in Science of Human Services/Psychology.

Accomplishments & Specialities

A former collegiate athlete Lynne won her first ever competitive golf event placing in the First Flight 1st place low gross 2009 EWGA Boston Chapter Championship. Lynne placed 3rd Low Gross in the Northeastern EWGA Semi-final Championship In NY First Flight (handicap 8.1 – 16) and plans to compete in 2010.
