My primary career is Project Management but I'm honored to serve as the 90th President of The United States Junior Chamber (JAYCEES) in 2010.
In addition to my involvement with the Jaycees which allows me to serve over 25,000 local members and 850 community chapters by helping them provide stronger leadership development tools and community projects for professional and individual growth, I also am very involved with other organizations.
I enjoy helping individuals grow to meet their personal life goals through mentoring/coaching them with methods I developed. Those methods take the individual through a process of levels and each one directly correlates to the goals for which the individual has set. At the end of the coaching process, the individual will be stronger in having vision, global understanding, confidence, patience, adaptability, lasting relationships and be able to understand strong business conditions.
