About Fay Poissant

Fay Poissant joined the Ann Arbor Jaycees in July 1999.  She served on the chapter’s Board of Directors for three years before becoming the 69th President in 2003.  During her service to the Ann Arbor Jaycees, Fay was recognized as a National Outstanding Local Vice President, as well as one of Michigan’s Top 20 Chapter Presidents after leading Ann Arbor to their 9th consecutive Blue Chip.  Since then, Fay has held several positions within the Michigan Jaycees, including Program Manager, Membership Vice President and Executive Vice President, earning accolades as one of Michigan’s Top 3 Program Managers and National Outstanding State Officer.  In 2009, Fay served as the 85th President of the Michigan Jaycees, consisting of over 2,000 members in 53 communities.  Currently, Fay is the Chairman of the Board for the Michigan Jaycees, as well as a National Vice President for the U.S. Jaycees.  She is assigned to Georgia, Minnesota, New York, Ohio, Pennsylvania, Utah and Washington, and cross-assigned to her home state of Michigan. 

In her professional life, Fay is a Recruiter for PNC Bank.  She is a graduate of PRIME, LEAD and ACHIEVE, is a 10th Degree Jaycee and Senator #68824. 

Accomplishments

Some of Fay’s accomplishments include overseeing the team that raised almost $6000 for Junior Chamber Family AIDS Network (JCFAN) in 2001 as Ann Arbor’s CDVP, resulting in the chapter being recognized as the 4th largest JCFAN fundraising chapter in the country that year, and allowing Fay to be named one of the National Outstanding Local Vice Presidents in 2001.

Fay has been a recruiter in various industries for over 11 years. Currently, she is a Sourcing Recruiter at PNC Bank and is part of a new recruiting team that was created last year. The role of her group is to source passive candidates for the tough-to-fill openings within PNC. In addition to her corporate recruiting experience, Fay's background includes executive search (headhunting), temporary staffing and contract placement. Since joining PNC in 2009, Fay has become a Certified Social Sourcing Recruiter (CSSR) and Certified Diversity Recruiter (CDR).
